Another exciting new year is commenced and ahead
lies the fulfillment of all our dreams and new achievements. Now is the
time to slay the demons of the past and ride on the wings of purpose to the
far horizons of the golden dawn.
It all starts with imagination. Where would you be
this year. Have you bought the new car you have been planning since
long. Do you still see yourself in the same daily grind? Are you
still living in the same house which you have been meaning to change.
Do you see your relationships becoming better? Are you enjoying peace
Do you see a bright new year ahead?
No great building ever got built without the architect
having created it first in his mind.
Ok! Let's go there. Lift yourself from the current
burdens. Start dreaming the big dreams. Picture yourself living
the balance life you have been desiring all these years. See yourself
achieving your health, financial, social and spiritual dreams and goals.
Picture yourself in the midst of all your dreams being achieved in every
details. Don't let false judgments of non- achievement cloud your
dreams and your purpose.
As you wake up, work through the day, as you go to bed
keep your thoughts on your dreams. See it. Hear it.
Taste it. Feel it. Do this every day. Throughout the year.
And you will find you have ended the year miraculously successful
with all the dreams you began the year with!

Harry Houdini, the famous American
escapologist, had become so accomplished in his art, that he started to
issue challenges to people to find him the strongest box, or cage or water
barrel, and the most secure or complex system of chains and locks, so that
he could show off his prowess.
A bank in England had made a safe that they
claimed was impenetrable, and they contacted Houdini to dare him to try and
break out of it.
Houdini could not resist the challenge. He
went to England to prove the safe makers wrong.
After he was bound and locked in the safe,
Houdini went through his normal routine. He had developed the process to
such a fine art over the years that he was supremely calm and confident that
he could pick the lock of the door.
But after the first hour , Houdini was not
feeling so calm. He had used up all his normal maneuvers without success.
With sweat now pouring off him, he began to struggle and pull at the lock.
But no matter what he tried the lock would not budge.
After two hours, Houdini was totally
exhausted. He fell against the huge door of the safe which moved and swung
open. The door had never been locked in the first place !
But in Houdinis mind that door was more
secure than it ever could have been if it had been locked.
If you think you can or you think you cannot
you're absolutely right !
