Shakespeare wrote about the "Ides of March" with a sense of foreboding.   But here we are with another winning newsletter bringing highly positive, motivational pieces which readers have found to be extremely useful in getting through their fast paced lives. while on the subject of a fast pace, things are moving at a frenetic pace.  The season is moving.  The country is on the move.  People are on the move.  Children are once again facing the examinations and moving on to a new academic year or moving into careers.   Change is evident everywhere.

The Wish Granting Tree    

A powerful life starts with powerful affirmations.  The affirmations are the outcome of our dreams for a better future.  And the continued affirmations become our beliefs and ultimately they become our reality.  Here's an interesting story which amply highlights the power of affirmations.

A weary traveler sat down to rest in the shade of a tree, not knowing that the tree he chose was a magical wish granting tree.

Seated on the hard ground, he thought how pleasant it would be to find himself in a soft bed.  Instantly a bed appeared before him.  Astonished the traveler climbed onto the bed, thinking that the height of happiness would be find a beautiful girl by his side, messaging his sore legs.  Instantly a young girl appeared and began messaging his legs.

" I am so hungry," the man said to himself " having something to eat would be a great pleasure."  Instantly a table appeared laden with a delicious feast.

The man rejoiced and began eating and drinking to his heart's content.  His head spun a little and his tiredness and the wine made him sleepy.  As his eyelids grew heavy, he stretched on the bed and thought about the wonderful events that had taken place on this extraordinary day. 

"I'll sleep for an hour or two," he thought.  "The worst that could happen would be if a tiger wandered by when I am asleep."  Instantly a tiger appeared and devoured the poor man.

You have a  magic tree inside you, waiting to grant your wishes.  But be careful.  The same tree can also make your negative thoughts and fears come true.  At the very least it will be influenced by your negative thoughts, so that the good things you wish for does not happen

Just think through one of your days and list out how many negative thoughts you go through.  For every positive thought your mind conjures up  hundreds of negative thoughts.  This nullifies all the positive events waiting to happen.

So lead a powerful life with positive affirmations under the tree of life which is the magical wish granting tree.
